The mission of My Bridge 4 Life™ is to provide a wellness plan to anyone dealing with a life-threatening illness. Our support service eases the overwhelming nature of a life-threatening diagnosis by dividing the illness journey into manageable phases; assists with setting goals for each phase for patients, their caregivers, supporters, community, and healthcare professionals; and builds a wellness plan in the process.
We are a self funded small company and our service is free for users. We do not sell patient information to pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers, and we do not serve advertising on our pages. Your (non-deductible) contribution will enable us to continue to make a difference.
