This year I'm determined to be healthy and help the environment at the same time! When I eat vegetables I put the scraps in a bowl in the freezer. After a couple of bowls are full, I throw the veggies in a pot, cover with water, and make vegetable stock to use in the future. Less food waste, homemade veggie stock.
