Exercise: just a long walk with Theo
lots of Water

Two pieces sprouted grain toast
Brunch with friends at a limited time pop-up restaurant.
Salad with chayote, greens, cojita, guava, corm meal, jicama, lots of herbs
Main: arugala and goat cheese scramble, lots of herbs, potatoes, brioche with herb butter and berry compote
Pomegranate mimosa
Lots of water
Dinner - broccoli and leeks soup, big salad w/lettuce, kale, tomatoes, cauliflower, quinoa
Water
Mint tea
Felt nauseous and hungover from the drinks sat night. also, skin was itchy all day. There's a definite change regarding my tolerance to alcohol. I used to drink much more with less of a hangover.
